DAEHO is HP INDIGO SOULTION PARTNER

We, DAEHO MACHINERY CO., are pleased to inform you that we have contracted partnership with HP for “HP INDIGO SOULTION PARTNER” since last September, 2015.

i-Cutter 780 was showed with Indigo in HP booth, IGAS 2015, Japan

DAEHO exhibited i-Cutter 780 at IGAS 2015, Tokyo, Japan (HP booth) on September 2015.

We connected DAEHO i-Cutter to HP Indigo workflow and demonstrated CIP4 integration with HP INDIGO 7800 and HP INDIGO 10000.

 

What is i-Cutter with HP SmartStream?

DAEHO i-Cutter series can be integrated to HP INDIGO workflow and support fully automated cutting jobs. HP Indigo now can make Job Ticket while printing process. This Job Ticket can is scanned from DAEHO i-Cutter (with CIP4 module and HP integration option) and DAEHO i-Cutter makes optimized cutting sequence automatically from Job Ticket. This function dramatically reduces READY TIME for cutting jobs. Also it supports faster and more convenient cutting jobs. In our experiments, it can increase cutting efficiency 170% more.

Moreover, this integration and automatic cutting job generation make cutting jobs easier. The operator just scan barcode on Job Ticket then follow job instruction on the screen with animation. The screen shows the insertion, rotation of paper and cutting block. So that even unexperienced worker can operate the machine if he learned how to use machine safely.
